MoM-BH*-1 is a compact red source in the UDS field at redshift z = 7.7569. We see it when the universe was about 660 million years old. Its spectrum supports a model in which dense gas surrounds an accreting black hole and radiates like a stellar atmosphere.
The direction follows the published sky coordinates. The radius represents approximately 13.1 billion years of light travel, estimated from a cosmic age of 13.8 billion years minus 660 million years; it is not the present-day comoving separation. The red marker is enlarged for visibility; the internal structure remains unresolved.
